These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vectra Staffing LLC website and any services we provide through it.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Vectra Staffing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Provided

For Employers:

  • Permanent, temporary, and contract staffing solutions
  • Executive search and recruitment services
  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
  • Knowledge and Business Process Outsourcing

For Job Seekers:

  • Career consultation and advisory services
  • Professional branding and resume optimization
  • Skill development and training resources
  • Interview coaching and job placement assistance

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Use services only for legitimate business purposes

Payment Terms

Employer Clients: Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Fees are based on successful placements, project scope, or retainer arrangements.

Job Seekers: Many of our services are provided at no cost. Premium career advisory services may involve fees as outlined in separate agreements.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available according to the terms specified in individual service agreements and subject to satisfaction guarantees where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Vectra Staffing's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of Vectra Staffing. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations continue, and any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, or through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution.
